ugh this drug would make me freak out.

hs: Haaaa. Oh, I know. But tbh it was mostly helpful to me when I wasn't really feeling it but wanted to be around people, stay out or stay at the party. So I felt like it was bringing me up to "normal" on those occasions.

The last time I did coke was in '97 or '98. I had probably done it a dozen times as opportunity had presented itself over the course of two years.

I stayed up late with an old friend really opening up and getting discursive about Ghostface Killah and gangsta rap in general. On the walk home, I was out-of-nowhere reminded of the KLF song 3 a.m. Eternal, which I hadn't thought of in like a decade, and I spent the next few weeks thinking about acid house instead of ska-punk, which was what I was overwhelmingly into at the time. I was living with my parents and so had to get up for Easter Sunday service the next morning. I had some sort of pleasant come-down experience listening to the pastor where I really felt like she was like the embodiment of a Lion of God.

I guess it wasn't doing monster rails off a mirror with hot women hanging all over me or anything, but it was overall a positive drug experience and I never really wanted to chase after it.

pretty fun drug. what sucks about it is everytime i do it, i want to do it again ALL THE TIME and I end up chasing the white dreams of more cocaine for several months to no avail. Coke people are so fucking gross, though. It makes you befriend a lot of sketchball assholes and have to spend time with them.
