it was fun. i rode a jet ski for the first time in my life. those buggers are fast! : )

It is worse when you have to pay for a sitter, too! (Although last night ours bailed on us; thankfully friends stepped in and took the kids for a few hours).

But yeah, I hear you. Going back to school for me has the paradoxical effect of causing me to eat out more (due to the long drive and the fact that my classes are when I should be eating dinner) while I an afford it less.

You know, that makes me feel marginally better somehow - I'm not alone! Plus I should get over my envy of your lack of other responsibilities, since, sure I have a long drive, but I'll be done in 3 1/2 years and I'm not in Montana, I have a really great husband waiting for me at home, plus two kids who are pretty amazing.
