It should be "Has death changed Dick Cheney?"

I for one would say YES, most emphatically YES!

The man that we are not seeing at press conferences and not seeing at photo op's and not seeing traveling abroad was replaced by an automaton shortly BEFORE his death some five years ago. There has been a very high level ultra secret conspiracy perpetuated to try to fool us into believing that that machine is our beloved dearly departed Vice President.
