Thank you thank you. Anyone heard the Ashley Beedle mix of Amadou & Mariam ? I love some of his stuff - the funkier the better - but some of it does "plod" a bit. And I would like my kitchen disco to be as euphoric as can be.

RIP. If we were in normal times then Yeke Yeke or one of its remixes would be being played out at every club in Europe this weekend. Got a bit of a twinge thinking about the musicians who will die in lockdown and never get to have that moment of mass tribute.
