Interview went smoothly. Mostly we talked about what I thought were the issues that could be improved in my department I work in now. The department head said that she thought my only weakness was never having gone to schools to solict library patrons. They're supposed to narrow it down from 14 to 4 canidates and do a second interview next week. Where's my 211 40....
