You haven't actually met him in real life? Horror stories aside, wouldn't it be much better to meet him at least once before moving to the other side of the planet? I mean, you surely know what to do with your own life, but I don't think I could ever do anything like that.

Why would you think she'd be better off listening to you? After all, you're just some stranger on the internet.

Not if you have a hankering to see the other side of the planet anyway. I mean, it's not like she's breaking up a long-term existing relationship to go across the world. If it doesn't work out, fuck it, she'll move on.

Not that you can't speak for yourself, Rubyredd.

haha, you said our status as animal saviors means to wear the ringworm scars with pride!

Ilx loves to speak for other people. It's what those who have no lives of their own do best.

Ruby, you have opened me up for all manner of zing with the vagina comment but that's okay. I forgive you.

Abbott, Thursday, 11 October 2007 23:07 (sixteen years ago) link

A noob or n00b is someone that lacks intellegance or common sense, most people think that noob is a word used only in the online gaming world, but in reality it is becoming an ever popular word with teenage society.
a noob could be simply a level 100 running round shouting ''WTF DO I GO!?'' or someone calling someone else a noob and then getting hit with a brick, anyone can call anyone a noob, but normally they are noobs themselves

*gets shot with chaingun*

"this game is no good, you all suck noobish balls you stupid noobs!*

Rock Hardy, Thursday, 11 October 2007 23:10 (sixteen years ago) link

I remember when I first met this student pal of mine, and he said he plays the bass, and I was like "Wow, really?" because I'd been just listening to stuff like Mingus and Stanley Clarke, and then I asked what band he plays in, and he replied, "Children of Bodom". I had to hold my tongue not to say my opinion on that band, because the guy was really nice and friendly.
