it's weird, I sent invites to a couple ppl but they got the message that invites were closed, but when I sent an invite to a different gmail address of my own, I was able to get in

yeah ppl i've sent invites to now say they received them but when they try to sign up it says "closed"

There seemed to be a window of actually being able to invite people on the fly in the last 6 hours and now its stopped (ie Im in now, and I had an actual "invite" button/link but now it's disappeared)
