re: Icarus Line. I saw them play in TO last year in front of about a dozen people in a medium-sized venue. Very awkward, and they didn't play any of Penance Soiree.

advisory circle is awesome! and though it seems easy, somehow, taragana pyjarama is lovely. recent favorites.

don't care for clytem scanning, expo 70 or babe rainbow. david lynch is awful, and i like most everything he does.

(don't know why i feel obliged to keep up this commentary. but i do.)

That Lynch art is v. reminiscent of the cover of Bill Evans/Jim Hall's classic 'Undercurrent' album (except nowhere near as beautiful).
