They seeking support and assistance in their work to improve their community and strengthen their ties with people who are committed to sharing their knowledge and skills.

The file I attached is the schedule for the weekend including the talks. I'd like you to give the talk in the model formation activity for the jrs, which is on respect. The talk should be two parts, the first in which you tell some sort of personal story about respect (the manual defines respect as "to treat God and others the way that I want to be treated" so basically the golden rule. That first segment should last about 5 min, and then you'll transition to relating it to Mt. 7:1-2, which you can read to the boys beforehand, and you relate the story to the passage. The idea is to show how the passage is relevant to their lives. The whole talk should not be longer than 10 minutes

Also, can you forward this to Colin? I'd like him to give the talk for the formation activity for the older boys. His talk is from the ECYD fichas stage 1 year 2, sheet 137. The talk should be based on the "Themes". Ask Br. Daniel or any of the brs where he can get this outline...they have it on a CD. The boys will be doing a gospel reflection on the part of the sheet titled "gospel reflection". His talk should be about 10-15 minutes long. Please call me if you have any questions.

I never want any of my customers to feel like I haven't delivered on my work, and in this situation that was not the case. Unfortunately the previous plumber who installed your grease trap and mop sink did not install the correct piping of 3in PVC and only installed 2 in PVC pipes. I did my due deligence of installing what was correct for what you had. Unfortunately when dealing with drainage it is illegal to go from a bigger pipe size down to a smaller pipe size so it was no way of making any of that 3 in, plus like I explain yesterday even if I did illegally increase the piping in the ground to 3in draining into a 2 in pipe by the time I reached the 3 bay sink the piping would have been above the floor. Furthermore what I installed yesterday did help the system. But adding that second 2 in line you can run the 3 basin sink and kitchen dishwasher at the same time without flooring. Also you can run all 4 sinks without flooding. Unfortunately running more that 1 sink plus the dishwasher will cause flooding. That would have happen regards if I increased the piping in the wall to 3 in because it's draining into a 2 inch in the ground. You may not want to hear this but your true solution is to take out the grease trap, grab the 4 in PVC piping from the bathroom and reconfigure the kitchen that way. If you do not believe me you can get a second or third opinion. Lastly you will not be charged anymore money. The first payment is all I'm going to charge you. I will have an receipt sent to you sometime either today or tomorrow. I hope that this does not affect your business relationship. I have over 17 years of plumbing experience and I would never take advance of any customer, the way you left did not sit well with my spirit, so I had to reach out. I hope we can continue to work in the future. Thank you and have a good day
