jon, that is what i figured happened actually but i wasn't really sure!

laurel, they have the img urls but you have to go to the "view all sizes" page or something like that to see them. that being said it never actually works to use flickr's code on ilx, even with the html parser, because ilx seems to refuse the idea that a picture can also be a link (unless that's been worked out really, really recently).

I REQUESTED THE MEDIUM SIZE BUT NO URL FIELD WAS APPARENT TO ME. Anyway I wouldn't use the HTML...? I just wanted the img location.

Right click on the picture pick "view image" and then grab the URL from the address bar. (although Flickr puts a few extraneous characters after the .jpg that you should probably remove.)

Yeh, basically the whole thing of the convert HTML button was to make the flickr links work properly. If you copy and paste from the "show all sizes page" then hit the button, it'll link up correctly.

On Nu-flickr they've changed the security settings so you're automatically protected from seeing the dodgy stuff. For some reason, I couldn't see any of my Mum's photos until I went in and changed it back. Maybe it's something to do with that?
