I wouldn't even listen to an actual Italian's opinion on pizza. Pizza is AMERICAN.

Catsupppppppppppppp dude 茄蕃, Friday, 2 May 2008 17:56 (fifteen years ago) link

i agree but they've still got some good-ass pizza in italy.

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 19:34 (fifteen years ago) link

Right, but we know more about pizza in general

Catsupppppppppppppp dude 茄蕃, Friday, 2 May 2008 19:49 (fifteen years ago) link

have you ever been to europe? (genuine question)

caek, Friday, 2 May 2008 19:56 (fifteen years ago) link

England, France, Switzerland, Spain

Catsupppppppppppppp dude 茄蕃, Friday, 2 May 2008 19:58 (fifteen years ago) link

please rank those countries.

caek, Friday, 2 May 2008 20:03 (fifteen years ago) link

yes, the majority of the world's pizza research has been conducted in the u.s.

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 20:32 (fifteen years ago) link

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 20:32 (fifteen years ago) link

El Tomboto, Friday, 2 May 2008 21:14 (fifteen years ago) link

I would put them England, Spain, France, Switzerland, but when it's comes to France and Switzerland it's like Hitler vs. Stalin.

caek, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:14 (fifteen years ago) link

what is bad about switzerland (serious question)?

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:19 (fifteen years ago) link

it always depends on which part of the country. I got nothing but meh for paris or the majority of england tbh but I think living in london or most of the french countryside would be a blast. I've been to spain and switzerland but I was very small and remember nothing.

El Tomboto, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:20 (fifteen years ago) link

switzerland's too expensive to be fun

jergïns, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:21 (fifteen years ago) link

yeah the swiss franc is like the biggest meanest currency in the world

El Tomboto, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:23 (fifteen years ago) link

true. i've only been there for gigs, and it was in the southern part where it's basically like being in italy (going back in a few weeks actually).

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:23 (fifteen years ago) link

my band is buying drinks in francs but getting paid in dollars :( :( :(

Jordan, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:24 (fifteen years ago) link

Ouch

Michael White, Friday, 2 May 2008 22:34 (fifteen years ago) link

I paid 9€ for a bottle of Kronenburg 1664 in Switzerland in what seemed like a pretty regular bar. No table service or anything.

caek, Friday, 2 May 2008 23:00 (fifteen years ago) link

How did you manage that? Switzerland is not in Eurozone.

suzy, Friday, 2 May 2008 23:07 (fifteen years ago) link

he just kept putting his sad little bills on the counter until the bartender popped the cap off and handed him the beer
