The online reaction to that has been kind of funny. I've noticed that some right-wing folks recognize that it's satire but think it's satirizing Planned Parenthood -- as in, "See, even The Onion thinks Planned Parenthood has gone too far!" Which doesn't really make sense rhetorically, but I can sort of understand how a pro-lifer might accidentally work it out that way.
