Its even better if you know the documentary was basically made by the UK's answer to David Letterman. i.e. the major talk show host and middle of the road radio DJ.

Ross is way better as a sub-cultural commentator than an obsequious chat show host. His Japanorama series was also very interesting.

True, his incredibly strange picture show was great too, but he is still a very mainstream fixture of UK light entertainment to be fronting a documentary seeking out a objectivist comics recluse.
