presets are way better than cut copy and hot chip but really none of them are particularly great.

hot chip are ok, but when they show up high on end-of-year lists it baffles me, and makes me assume that the compilers of the list only listened to 3 albums in the whole year.

i have restarted last.fm...when i go to my page it shows what i'm listening to now, but then this disappears.

if it never starts again i guess brandy's 'camouflage' isn't the worst song to have as your last.fm epitaph

have you tried refreshing your cache? under help>diagnostics in your client.

restarting it worked! all the missing tracks have come in like a barrage

o i asked gareth about that the other day, apparently it just makes shit up sometimes - really though i think beatlesfanno1 is just switching between his library and mine

I suppose all it takes is one play from radio on last fm when youre not looking/listening and it ends up in your library, or it's some sort of sponsorship thing every few songs last fm will play something. Which you can just skip.
