Not a huge fan - people were more into 'Rumble Fish' down my way - but 'That Was Then, This Is Now' was shot in Minneapolis and some classmate's mom was in charge of extras casting, so a few girls from my class have small speaking parts in the film.

See, I follow Justine's assertion that Liam is *photogenic* as all fuck, but that does not necessarily translate into actually being attractive or even good-looking.

I *never* saw the appeal of Albran. Still, to this day, I just don't get it. He's just such a cartoon of a teengirl pinup that he somehow manages to not actually be attractive at all. (This has nothing to do with being on Team James for the entire Britpop years, honest.)

Brett Anderson, however, good lord, Suzy has witnessed first hand the effects that man has on me. (He ate up the attention with a spoon, yes, but in a way that seemed oddly charming rather than as flat out egotistical. Like, if Albran found out someon fancied him, he would lord it over them like an ass, when Anderson found out you fancied him, he would be extra charming and suave just to make you squee a bit harder inside.)
