one year passes...

So I'm on vol. 5 of Y (it takes us up to where they're about to set off for Japan) and I'm loosing interest slightly. It's all getting a bit repetetive: various factions try and kill/capture Yorrick, various chicks try to shag him. Those burqua wearing women were just silly. It remains well told, but the concept seems to be wearing a tad thin. Worth sticking with?

Pretty stoked to see Diane Lane in the cast, but don't want to get too excited about this because so many series have disappointed me in the past few years. Either way, am excited that it's finally being brought to life.
