I had the same reaction, Tad. I don't think I really post unless it's about food or Jesus. I blame the "childhood flavors" thread, then.

Pepper jelly duck for all! Seriously, it's great. Have I posted about it before? Duck with the fat steamed out, seared until the skin is crispy, add wild blueberries, add Tabasco pepper jelly, eat. Dirt simple and sex good.
