ready to roll, but this bike is a bit of an anchor- 28.2 lbs, much higher than stated. if i simply change the stock 11-34 (an almost inconceivable 455 g!) for an xt 11-32 (260g), i'm at least in the 27s though, which is ok for a non racing xc/trailbike imo.

Mavic shoes have been on Bonktown a lot recently (realcyclist too). I really like mine they seem to work well with my narrow feet.
Caveat though, they mainly seem to have yellow and white left, not the more sensible grey.
