Kate Moss is 5'7" which was quite odd for the time... I think shorter models are becoming more common these days, but the catwalks need HEIGHT for the clothes to drape properly.

Good question. I didn't mean to equate them in my statement. However, I would cautiously say that yes, a "knock-out" is going to be tall - there's a physicality to the term. However, a "hottie" (which might imply someone shorter) can be equally attractive.

On my last flight I had a stopover in Winnipeg and was seating next to this prairie FREAK that was 5'11, slim, racked, and THIRTEEN bloody years old. All the dudes incl. me would stare at her at first but then when they saw her face up close our brains quickly and uncomfortably exploded.

That's funny that the CEO is a perv - here teh guy who runs Happy Planet all-natural fruit beverages got the same charges, he looks exactly like the kind of halfway-hippie-but-still-moneyed-mook-at-heart look that a lot of dudes taking the ethical angle approach to getting bank + booty.
