I was pulling yer leg, but I'd be genuinely interested in finding out what this is... especially if it sounds anything like Tomb by Gatekeeper - one of the the few dubstep records I wouldn't want to be parted from.

The music's like this weird dark reggaeton hip-hop kinda thing. Way slower and more drawn out than typical reggaeton

Sounds to me like Cumbia Rebajada which is like Cumbia slowed down by cough syrup or something like that. There's this Monterrey guy, who happens to be friends with Diplo, named Toy Selectah. He went to London and did an appearance with Sinden at Kiss FM about two months ago. He mixes this slowed cumbia sounds with reggaeton and makes some other beats that he calls Raverton. He's remixed loads of stuff, latin stuff mainly. Got get some of this remixes from his side project's website @ sonideronacional.com/blog/
