I remember watching that live and basically feeling like history was unfolding before my eyes

if their s/t song had been nominated I'd have voted for it. I ended up voting for "Paranoid" as a lukewarm substitute but it wasn't high on my list.

All the Off the Wall singles are better but I'd take it over most of what's above it I'm guessing.

really, the most mind-boggling, impressive thing about "This Is It" is that even with all of the surgery and starving himself and narcotic use, dude still sounded almost exactly like this and could still MOVE, and he was over 50

I can't get behind an ILM poll that features the Smiths 3 times but leaves out Billie Holiday, Black Sabbath and Can.

My Sabbath vote fell victim to the split as well, but I echo crüt that if the s/t song was nommed that would have been the one.

Billie Jean will surely be the most recent song in the top ten. I didn't vote for it but you really can't fault that song.

i've heard "billie jean" too many times to really find it that enjoyable anymore, but that Motown performance is just breathtaking.
