I'd have to think that "California Love" and "Regulate" are as recognizable as "Nothin But a G Thang" but I guess I could be wrong.

Perhaps I am out of touch with 8 year olds but I seriously doubt most 2nd graders have heard "Nuthin but a G Thang".

I heard Wierd Al's version of gangster's paradise before the actual, but I know as likely one of the younger members here (yes its apparent hurr hurr) me and buds were definitely listening to this (g thang) while we did our homework and ate our carrot snacks

Cool, I cut 'Sinnerman' from my list in my last bit of pruning so I'm glad other people voted for it.

As for 'Paranoid Android', I still like OKC as an album a lot but that song's appeal's been weakened by overplay for me.

Great to see Nina Simone here. I voted for that, and obviously it's a titanic track, but I think I would probably have gone with 'Wild Is The Wind' in its place if that had been nommed.

Both the Beach Boys songs I voted for have now made it. I always preferred Wouldn't It Be Nice to God Only knows but I will be more than happy when that appears in the top ten later.
