Yes, his dad is married to Gloria Steinem. But Christian is a grown man and not a product of her, nor did he have any helping in his dad's actions and choice of marriage partner."WTFF?Also, his dad died a few years ago.

"From a WN perspective it is crap.
From a WN perspective, anything is crap. But from the perspective of someone just looking for entertainment, it was a decent flick. I'm sorry, but some of us can only watch B!rth of a N@tion or Tr!umph of the W!ll so many times, and some of us don't go looking for some "message" in everything we watch. It's a flippin' movie, and shouldn't be taken as anything other than entertainment featuring some comic book character, nor is everything not to a WN's liking exactly anti-White. Don't expect any film that comes out in big theatres to be blatantly pro-White, just take movies as something to do on a night off, and maybe you'll all enjoy something for a change."

is there a thread anywhere discussing the revelation that marvel's new EiC, C.B. Cebulski, once spent a year writing comics under the assumed identity of Japanese-American Godzilla enthusiast and samurai expert "Akira Yoshida"?
story broke here and has been making the rounds. as of yet he still has his job.

Man, the poignancy in retrospect of that interlude beginning w/an inadvertently posted St0rmfr0nt link (lol), and ending with, "They're not very scary anymore...".

At least there's the HuffPost

I wouldn't press/argue this point too strongly, but would mention that (IMO) the history of Asian representation in Marvel comics – as opposed to recent controversies involving the movies – is more slightly complex than implied in that HuffPo piece, or the Gizmodo article linked therein (cf. Shang-Chi, for starters).

...But point totally taken that it's *today's* Marvel that is both pulling the tone-deaf movie moves, and apparently shrugging its shoulders at this guy's appalling history.
