I got the CD from my library and I just checked and if the catalog is correct (and that is a big if) we have the VHS.

I got a VHS copy at the thrift store about a month ago! Not the greatest copy in the world, but what the hell. Of course, by this point, Rufus (who is 3) is already so over Rosie. it was the first time I had seen it since the 70's.

What is Rufus into these days? I suggested that my library get the Jack Johnson "Curious George" soundtrack.

rufus really loves convoy. we have a mid-70's comp of trucker songs called Put The Hammer Down! and it's by far his favorite thing to listen to. convoy, phantom 309, i'm a truck, all the biggies. he's a trucky kid (and he didn't get it from me. i'm really un-trucky).

Ha ha, trucks are so big for the boys. I had a parent tell me her daughter loved trucks as well though, so maybe it's becoming a more equal-opportunity subject. I didn't realize it extended to music as well. Does he like the Donald Crews and Byron Barton books, or has he outgrown them as well?
