(BTW I thought the point of this was to find intrinscially boring band names, not names that describe boring things but are in and of themselves somewhat interesting. Oh well.)

I don't really think there's a right or wrong way to do it. that's part of what makes it fun -- you get to try to imagine why people thought the band name they posted was so boring!!

(btw "Here Comes Notes" is also excellent. the band at a festival that nobody wants to see.)
