I mean, they aren't brilliant or anything, but there are definitely some reet blunted-out grooves on those things that you wouldn't necessarily associate with the name. *Especially* the great lenghty "Now I Live (and Now my Life is Done)" -- that's a tour de force. some crazy mug sampled it too, I think; I can't remember who. It's on Putting in time on the Planet Earth...

According to the DVD commentary for Saturday Night Fever, the producers intended to use the song "Lowdown" by Boz Scaggs in the rehearsal scene between Tony and Stephanie in the dance studio, and choreographed their dance moves to the song.
