Das Rezept der Pfeffernüsse (4. Dutzend)

Notiz: Ich machte die Abmessungen zu amerkicanische Abmessungen (cups, teaspoons, tablespoons)

die Zutaten
4 c Mehl
1 tsp Zimt
1/4 tsp Ingwer
1/4 tsp Muskatnuss
2 tsp schwarzer Pfeffer
1 tsp Backpulver
1 tsp gemahlene Nelken
1 tsp gemahlenes Pimet
2 tbsp Butter
1 1/4 c Honig
2 größe Eier
1 c Staubzucker
1 tsp Vanillesextract
Wasser

die Richtungen
Zuerst muss man das Mehl, die Gewürze, und das Backpulver zussamen aussieben. In einen separate Becken erhitzt man 2 Minuten die Butter und den Honig im Mikrowellenofen, so daß die Butter sich auflösen. Wenn das flüssige Gemisch kühl ist, mischt man die Eier in das Gemisch zussamen. Dann bringt man die Mehlsgemisch an. Man muss eine halbe Stunde den Teig auskühlen. Jetzt formt man den Teig in Sphären und legt die Sphären an einer abgeschmierte Pfanne. Dann backt man 15 minuten bei 350 Grad Fahrenheit die Gebäck.

Man muss auch die Glasur machen. Man mischt die Staubzucker, Wasser, und Vanillesextract zussamen. Die Glasur soll ein bisschen dünn werden. Dann tunkt man die Gebäck ein und legt sie an einer Anlage luftzutrocknen.

Dann muss man die Gebäck essen und sich an sie erfreuen!
