Well, but isn't the whole point the half-assedness of it? Like, "I was going to record a really great song, but then I got high?" I must admit that I find this pretty amusing, at least up until the "I was gonna pay my child support," at which I point I feel a twinge of creeped-out-ness. I doubt I'll care to hear it more than two or three more times, though, so I'm bracing for the annoyance that's surely building.

I've never thought about him the same way since finding out all the friends joking around in the background of his tracks were just him. there's something about imagining him recording all the little laughs and adlibs to tag onto his own jokes that makes me a little sad

didn't he get some ridiculous multi album deal off the strength off his one hit? maybe he's just fulfilling a contract? but who is his an audience?

Cannot vouch for most of this guy’s music but “will you help me repair my door,” both the song and video, is an instant classic.
