I jumped into this thread thinking I could answer this question really simply with the answer 'no', but the looking a bit confused part is really throwing a spanner in the works.
See, at the moment I think I am at the Hong Kong International Airport, and that I have just spent the past two weeks in this city in South East Asia. However, what if I've just been delusional all this time and that I had actually been in Covent Garden all along, looking a bit confused?
I mean, if in an altered reality in my mind I thought I was in Hong Kong, seeing instead the London Transport Museum would have sent me deep into my thoughts trying to figure out a rational sounding explanation to all of it, involving perhaps holograms and Anti-Communist pigdogs, and that would be exactly the kind of thing that would have me looking confused, which, uncannily fits exactly with your description!
If in fact that was the case, approaching me may have been dangerous as one cannot predict the paths of a deluded mind, heavens knows what would happen if you had introduced to me yourself and the idea that I may not have been in Asia at all. In trying to keep up with my illusion I would have had to label you as an Anti-Communist pigdog who had been sent to destroy me with a hound of paradox, and I would have felt compelled to destroy you, or called you names until you could take no more.
However, there is also the chance that it may not have been me all along. In such a case, approaching 'me' would have been a chance affair: it certainly wouldn't have been me, however, you may instead get to meet another great personality who, heaven fordids, may me even greater a personality than I. And that would have been a true blessing.
On the other hand it could have been some mentalist who reckoned he was my arch nemesis and he was just at Covent Garden to try to find me, as he heard that I've been telling all my friends that I was going to go there sometime this week. In that case revealing the fact that you know me may have posed grave danger to yourself, and those who know you.
So I think, this time, by not approaching me you had spared yourself a lot of unnecessary risks to your well-being. However since -- whether it be in my mind or reality -- I'm boarding the plane back to the UK in exactly one hour's time, the next time you see someone resembling my appearance you should definitely approach and say 'hi', or use a secret code that involves fisting. As by that time all realities would have been unified once again and the chances of me being in Covent Garden in a healthy mental state is greatly increased!
