I'm not entirely against leggings, hose, stockings, etc., but there's something so flagrantly sham about jeggings that makes me sigh and not in a good way.

Also, jeggings always seem to be on girls lacking in self-confidence who are trying way too hard appearance-wise, so maybe that's why I find them sad; the line between sexy and tawdry being well behind the wearer.
