stuart is a decent name though - i do like giving cats people names - my 11-yr-old cat that i got when he was a v small kitten is called noam, but my 6-yr-old cat that i got when he was 3 is called cougar b/c that's the name he had and i know the family who gave him to me. but i did think about renaming him with a person name.

Ivan has been my best friend for nearly twelve years. I can barely remember living in the city without him. He has been struggling with health problems for a year and a half now, and today we said goodbye. Totally heartbroken.

ian i'm sorry. you got ivan a few years before i got my tuxedo pal but he reminds me of her from pictures. i know he was great. he had the best twelve years. r.i.p.

so sorry to hear ... words fail in a situation like this. deepest condolences and RIP ivan.
