haven't had a chance to prop read this thread, so it may have already been mentioned (even by me!), but the TCM 'Movie Morlocks' blog is consistently entertaining reading

I think I mentioned it in passing a while back.

But had since forgotten about it, so thanks for the reminder.

jaymc never comes on this thread but if he did he might be able to back me up that Morlocks are always in crossword puzzles as a clue to ELOI, as in Merl Reagle's recent "Morlock menu mainstays."

I think you're right. I think that TCM may have shown several selections from the "Treasures From American Film Archives: 50 Preserved Films" dvd around the time that it was first released.
