it's pretty clear he's totally bonkers from what few personal details have emerged

there was a guy in the 90s who did a comic-book length analysis of Jack Chick, went to his offices to meet him, etc. blanking on his name, having trouble googling it

kinda shocked there's no mention of the guy turning himself in to the cops at the end of that comic... just says soz and gets a do-over :/

I agree. I think he's currently catering to the tastes of the people who read his comics as camp in the hope of saving a few souls among the way, and I'm bothered that everyone is taking his bait.
