Not a shame about... but
The start of Nancy Sinatra's 'These Boots...' is killer, then just kind of a generic song.

i agree re: "livin on a prayer" though apparently people think that song is actually good or something.
i was going to say "from this moment on" by shania twain... but my opinions on the intro and the actual song both fluctuate constantly. sometimes i think one is amazing and the other is terrible. sometimes i think they're both amazing. sometimes i think they're both terrible. which is it?

I used to hear this song a lot where I worked and always thought it had a really interesting intro but then after 15 seconds it just turns into the same old shit he puts out time after time.

I like Swing Out Sister's "Breakout" but the first couple seconds would have you thinking you're going to hear some pensive, moody Pet Shop Boys-type song of heartbreak.

i don't dislike the song or anything, but the piano intro here should really be used as a sample, by someone very rich.

Bullet with Butterfly Wings..."Despite all my rage I'm still just a rat in a cage" is probably the closest a chorus of a song has ever come to resembling the auditory equivalent of a dog-turd...(still not quite as bad as "Let Down" though...)

for the record, the song in the OP was 'My Heart Will Go On' (which is melodic af from start to finish, so I have no idea what Geir was complaining about)

"Sympathy for the Devil." I think it's a good song overall, it just has dumb lyrics. But the intro with all the screaming is so cool that I'm always a bit let down when Jagger starts singing and it's like, "Oh, right, Mick read a book."
