Still not sure who "the Mystic Man" is. Discogs.com lists two artists with that name, but one of them is a reggae singer from the '80s, and the other is a UK hip hop producer who only debuted in the '00s, so I doubt it's either.
I guess whoever HP Baxxter was talking on this tune about remains... mystic.

He's the MC that did vocals on Steve Mason rave tracks in the early 90s so wouldn't be credited separately on Discogs.
