OK, where is it v. v. pretty, rains all the time, and it's OK to be depressed and mopey and never talk to anyone, ever.

I'm looking at Norway, basically, right?

Are there gingers in Norway?

ppl in norway are really friendly too. at least they are in sweden. so i assume norway is the same way

max, Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:26 (thirteen years ago) link

i think if you live somewhere where it rains all the time you have to be friendly because otherwise you will be sad always

max, Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:27 (thirteen years ago) link

don't move to ireland. also don't move to spain. maybe consider norway.

iatee, Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:27 (thirteen years ago) link

AND ALL THE BOYS IN NORWAY LOOK LIKE LINDSTROM.

Wait, that's not true. I've seen a picture of Geir.

Need to find a country where it's OK to be ginger, anti-social, raining all the time - and there are still jobs for IT geeks.

this board has potential.

Irish boys = ridiculously friendly

damn, I need to get to the motherland before I'm decrepit

I like rain! Rain is nice! I'm happy when it rains!

Wait, Scotland. There's a reason I'm like this and it's called genetics.

procedurally generated pidyn (Masonic Boom), Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:30 (thirteen years ago) link

Scottish boys are horrible, tho. :-(

procedurally generated pidyn (Masonic Boom), Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:30 (thirteen years ago) link

If you LOL Merkins get socialised medicine Seattle might be nice. Certainly suits the "v. v. pretty, rains all the time" bit.

vancouver then

mookieproof, Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:36 (thirteen years ago) link

its probably best that you dont try and make ur location responsible for ur happiness tho

plax (ico), Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:37 (thirteen years ago) link

Lovely pics, plax.

Take my hand, we'll make it I swear (Pashmina), Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:41 (thirteen years ago) link

I dunno. I think a location can certainly be responsible for your unhappiness, especially if that location is an overcrowded hellhole like London... YMMV.

I do just look at pics like that, that are just beautiful mountain/sea combinations and wonder why I live here.

procedurally generated pidyn (Masonic Boom), Thursday, 29 July 2010 20:42 (thirteen years ago) link

that said, I did say on the "long term goals" thread on t'Erol forum "move out of London w/i 5 years" and about 5 Irish lads immediately piped up with I WILL SWAP WITH YOU RIGHT NOW, TAKE MY COUNTRY, PLS!!!

if a thread doesn't have something to do with religion then it gets locked. this was a rule that was put into effect to keep people from reviving ask chaki! threads, even harmless ones

how did you obtain your power
