haha. yeah, drink prices are bad. i would say try the "miami spice" dinner at a number of sobe restaurants ($35 set-price for three-course dinner), but glancing at the miami spice website, it looks like most of them don't have this offer on friday nights.

lots of cool coral gables restaurants offer "miami spice" on friday. gables is better anyway.

i used to loathe even the concept of florida as a kid but i think i have come around because a) y'all are just so fucking ~weird~ down there b) the everglades c) the caribbean is like right there d) nice weather is nice e) friend of mine in college swore up and down that tallahassee was a legitimately "cool" city? also seriously canoeing thru the everglades for a week was O_O

You don't wanna canoe in the Everglades in August though!
