w/the Lakers record being so much worse than Dallas's and PHX's, I'd be very surprised if Mamba Negra won MVP.

I DON'T HEAR POP SIREN NELLY FURTADO GIVING SHOUTS TO KOBE.

His offensive game is so good, so fundamentally sound in every aspect, that it may be time to debate whether or not he's the most complete offensive player in the history of the NBA.

Kobe is a superb offensive player and a true rat bastard - a regular Ty Cobb figure for modern hoops. Ty Cobb sharpened his spikes with a rat tail file so he could wound opposing players when he slid into base. Kobe claws at the eyes of his defending player. Nobody liked Cobb. He's a Hall of Famer. Nobody likes Kobe, either, but they sure as shit had better respect his ability to get the ball in the hoop.

I think MJ had more friends around the league than Kobe does.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Kobe Bryant saw Serge Ibaka's below-the-belt hit Sunday on Blake Griffin and thought that some retaliation was in order.

"I probably would have smacked him in the mouth," Bryant said after the Los Angeles Lakers practiced Monday. "I would have dealt with the pain after."

Heh I watched one of those five minute Kobe Is Dirty Player youtubes a few days ago and was like Damn, forgot that dude is a str8 bastard cheap shot artist. Then began to realize that all the players he was cheapshotting were dudes like Barea, Battier, etc., and felt like Kobe understands that he was put on the court to be a cosmic justice sheriff.

“He was talking Slovenian,” Doncic said after the game. “So I was like ‘Who’s talking my language?’ I looked over and I was truly surprised.”

Bryant is said to be able to speak several different languages and is fluent in Italian and Spanish. He spent most of his young life in Italy after his NBA-playing father moved his family to the country to continue his professional basketball career. Bryant is also said to have learned Spanish so he would be able to better communicate with Pau Gasol when he joined the Lakers.

Portland Trail Blazers center Jusurf Nurkic, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, told ESPN in March he was surprised to learn that Bryant briefly spoke in his language. “[Bryant] actually said a word in my language,” he said. “I’m I was like, ‘I didn’t really hear right. He can’t speak my language!’ Then we go back and forward, and he goes again to [shoot] free throws. And he repeats that! It was [a] curse word! I was like, ‘I’m pretty sure he said that!’”
