Throw them away. In fact, when you bring them home from the store, just put the jar in the garbage instead of the refrigerator -- save yourself the decision-making later.

Put them in tuna salad or spinach dip -- they don't add a lot of flavor, but they're a nice texture variation.

just checked my mom's rumaki recipe: she marinates the chicken livers in ginger/soy/scallions for 1-2 hours but it's relatively simple.

btw I made myself a tuna w/ mayo, mustard, hot sauce, water chestnuts, pickles, ground pepper, & garlic pepper salt on rye w/ fresh spinach and it was tasty as a mf
