Technically, what roxy said is right, but not literally (you don't get 23 years if you kill someone while you're 23, for instance)

To clear up the confusion: according to Vakernes's Wiki page he was 19 in January 1993 when arrested for Euronymous's murder (though he turned 20 the next month), but I guess when he was finally convicted he'd already turned 21, since the court process takes time. Still, I doubt any potential Annie-dating would have happened between his arrest and conviction, so if it's true it must've happened before the arrest, whe Annie was 14 or younger. Which is why I doubt it happened at all.
