Well, if you're 6' tall and have a 24" waist, there should be cause for concern.

WOMEN
• Ratio less than 35: Abnormally Slim to Underweight
• Ratio 35 to 42: Extremely Slim
• Ratio 42 to 46: Healthy
• Ratio 46 to 49: Healthy
• Ratio 49 to 54: Overweight
• Ratio 54 to 58: Seriously Overweight
• Ratio over 58: Highly Obese

MEN
• Ratio less than 35: Abnormally Slim to Underweight
• Ratio 35 to 43: Extremely slim
• Ratio 43 to 46: Healthy
• Ratio 46 to 53: Healthy, Normal Weight

still hovering around the 30.1 range on BMI, bang on 50 on WtHR, wouldn't mind a little improvement on both tbh but WIP

Thats the last time I weighed myself, I think I may be less heavy now but probably not much.

It's OK, anyway

since xmas i now fast walk 4km a day (40 mins), and that has definitely helped me get back down to my usual 75kg as i had put on a couple of red wine enhanced kilos over lockdown.
but seems like the daily walk has helped me find the balance between enjoying wine and exercise.

I think BMI is not considered pretty meaningless

BMI is such an inaccurate tool it can't be used for any purpose that requires real data.
