i guess my prob is that i'm by nature pretty skeptical of vado & haven't seen anyone (even noz or tom b, both of who mentioned something about the vado tape yesterday) articulate why he's good or why i should spend my time listening to this mixtape other than the fact that he has a cool ad lib (welcome to 2006?)

& i really didn't like the last cam'ron album, pretty much at all - it had like 3 good songs

vado is clearly not progressive. cam/vado have progressed the post-dipset/post-mixtape ny 00s sound though mostly because of araabmuzik and just by creating a genuine new movement by themselves. it sounds new. noz and tom breihan are not the thousands of people out there that are checking for new cam mixtapes and spouting catchphrases that his new underling created.

im not gonna come on here and say who isn't a good rapper or an exciting/progressive whatever rapper because 99% of what's out there is boring and we all know that.
