Thx, but as yesterday was a night game there's no BP, I realize.

Off to see the SWEEP ATTEMPT! Fourth place, booya!

My fave baseball weather -- overcast with no rain. Nice to see 2 mega-bombs from Piazza, and this was a highlight:

>>Nationals SS Cristian Guzman dropped a popup by Jacobs for an error in the second inning, drawing boos. When Guzman caught Cliff Floyd's popup at nearly the same spot in the sixth, it drew a sarcastic cheer.

The Orioles are mighty dead-lookin', and really know how to ruin a guy's Monday night (all 6 hours of it). Ther funniest thing at midnight was the remaining Yankee fans heckling Alan Embree giving up 3 garbage-time runs. "CMON JOE, GETTIMOUTTADERE!"

I ate Boog's bbq in the rain.

Hahaha, I can't wait to gauge the bitterness of the Phillie fans...

They are indeed bitter. Jose Reyes rewarded me w/ 4 hits (2 doubles, triple). David Wright gets lots of attention from adolescent girls during BP.

Saw Howard Johnson throwing some BP -- did he manage in the Mets' system this year?

eight years pass...

end of the EXHIBITION season that is... I have the last weekend of the month off; the Pirates are playing in Philly on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Anyone want to go to one, followed by Dirty Frank's?

Was thinking of Baltimore for opening day, but I'm sure Boston fans have driven up all the StubHub tix.

I am already near broke from the rooms and airfare

so it'd better be an old Pat Tabler jersey
