I haven't heard much of anything else they've put out, besides spinning Saturday Night Fish Fry at HMV one night when the shift was winding down and the manager was out.

But "Can't Be Funky" over "TooManyCreeps" was a good call.

Soul Jazz is quite classic with the only real mis-fire being the Chicago Soul compilation, but even that has some choice Rotary Connection tracks.

US Millie might have been left off because it's been re-issued several times before. Also, I vaguely remember there being some type of copyright dispute between Glenn Branca and Jeffery Lohn over old Theoretical Girls material. Dan, I’m sure, would have more info on that.

US Millie had only been reissued on the ROIR NY Singles Scene CD on Danceteria which is a pretty forgotten (and slept on) release. I think it's a stronger song and judging from reviews at the time, was seen as the A-Side. You Got Me had been reissued as well on the Songs 78-79 CD.

No copyright disputes though, Glenn's basically controlling the songs he wrote, and Jeffrey his.

Haven't investigated further, as may lead to expensive expansion of musical taste.

The Tropicalia one is worth it for the liner booklet alone. Informative and beautifully presented.

Just bought the Studio One Rude Boy album. the concept is interesting but the record doesn't really knit together musically, despite some belting good songs e.g. Mr Kiss A Bang Bang.

I know there's more, anything of note?

gotta hand it to them, the new ACID comp is pretty sweet, much better imo than the first one

I am head over heels for the two Krautrock compilations they've put out.

I love 90% of what this label has released. If I only owned their Studio One and Dynamite comps and nothing else by anyone I would probably be happy for a long time.

So, that Fashion Records comp. I'll admit I'm not the hugest Jungle head anyway, but throwing in random jungle remixes into a selection of early 80's Dancehall and trad Reggae is not the best way to enjoy those, right?

A lot of Soul Jazz stuff feels poorly sequenced to me, tho much the Brazilian and Venezuelan stuff flows very nicely...

The new Cuba compilation is predictably great - lots of salsa of course (though Cuba rejected the term) but also acid rock and stuff that sounds more MPB or at times even Morricone - there's a few tracks by the Cuban Film Institute house band that should appeal to library music fans. Very much in the same vein as their Venezuela comps.
