My 6 year old cousin just overheard my sister playing Lady Gaga and she came asking her "why does she stutter in all her songs? Does she have a problem?" Never really thought about it but:

Jack White 'Got Quite Into Being Lady Gaga' While Writing New Song
Lady Gaga is a lot of things: songstress, trend-setter, lover of little monsters, and, apparently, an inspiration to White Stripes singer Jack White. He said he thought about how she writes music and "got quite into being Lady Gaga" while writing a track for his band The Dead Weather, called "Sea of Cowards."
Jack said: "I was thinking of the type of song a contemporary musician would write, so I started thinking about Lady Gaga. I started thinking of how she would write the music to this song and got quite into being Lady Gaga in an odd way."
Despite Jack's foray into Lady Gaga musical territory, the rocker insists the group's second album builds on the sound established on their debut, Horehound, which was released last year and was recorded quickly in order to capture the band's energy.

She seems like a fairly decent person (although she did once sue a chef into oblivion for calling herself Lady Aga), but the music is over-produced landfill.
The arc of her album sales is shaped like a soft letter L:

WRONG:
I like that song “Shallow.” The sort of thing you can picture a boy and girl doing on Lawrence Welk.— Richard M. Nixon (@dick_nixon) May 5, 2019
