what had happened was a bunch of teenagers were doing like their version of a flash mob and hitting ppl and jumping on cars outside a bar a block over ˘\(o_º)/˘

the ever-present circling helicopter with spotlight is sort of baltimore's very own celestial body.

yeah the circling/spotlight happens a few times a week but this went on for half an hour with special announcements

hey al3x since you live in this neighborhood do you know about the fat guy with the weird afro who works at the library and is always everywhere, if so what does he mean to you? thanks

he's kinda sad to me, like he's searching for something he'll never find. i had a slightly uncomfortable encounter with him at a bar once, but just in a social way. he seems harmless. i don't think he embodies anything greater to me than the fact that some weird people live around here too. i'd say he's damaged somehow, but i think that about most people to one extent or another so...
