Rodman has cited Pearl Jam as his favorite band and befriended them in the mid 1990s. During their No Code Tour, on September 26, 1996, he briefly came onstage to the excitement of the crowd and gave frontman Eddie Vedder a piggyback ride. Rodman later received a Walkman carved with Vedder's initials and containing the concert recording. He has since cited this as one his most thrilling experiences and claimed, "If it wasn't for Pearl Jam, my life would be a hell of a lot less fulfilling."

i remember one of the two seasons rodman was in san antonio, ppl got all interested b/c he was dating madonna and she came to our lil town 2 watch him play. his personality was just too big for us and he was traded for white stiff will perdue.

the vice n korea thing was actually p cool 2 watch. abt 98% of the reason it worked it cuz they brought the harlem globetrotter dudes

I loved when he stood up to give a surprise speech at the end of the game and the globetrotters just have this terrified look on their faces. It worked out though.
