we made this baltic porter this weekend. the hefe tastes like it's going to be good later when bottled. i have some more hops in my freezer that i am going to design a recipe around and perhaps keep brewing with regularity or atleast have more than a few per year

would like to do this but iirc it stinks up the place and is hard to do right (my dad did it a few times). also my apartment is one floor, nowhere to store stuff. hmm.

this is awful I want Togo home (harbl), Monday, 22 February 2010 22:15 (fourteen years ago) link

i think it makes smells awesome!!
during mashing think grainy 'oat' type odor, then during boiling same but now with flowery and green smell of hops. most of equipment is 5G buckets so they all fit into one another and take less space than might be thought
total bro when yr like 'wanna try some beer i made?' if is good
