yeah, it's mostly people using google to diagnose (or maybe validate?) their unhealthy urges.

I mean, what sane person would have a crush on a woman? ewwwwwwwwwwww!

actually i guess a lot of them are not unhealthy but still seem weird when isolated. i mean i am sometimes attracted to black men, older men, or asian men but not obsessively enough to google or pick one as a primary poll answer above all others, you know? and there are others that could be perfectly fine, like "my friend," but are not applicable to me right now. (also, it would never occur to me to google "i am attracted to my niece," as it's a search engine, not a conversational partner! but why not, i suppose.)

I'd assume most people who google "I'm attracted to my friend/niece/older women/a married woman/etc" do it to find comments about how other folks in a similar situation have handled it.
