I went down in the elevator today with a guy wearing running shoes and a trenchcoat (and not obviously anything else). I hope he was going to the gym across the street.

yeah... on friday it was thunderstorms at in the upper 60s. on saturday it was high in the low 30s, sunday high in the 20s with some light snow flurries... or something...

granted, lows only like 14 or something, but to have t-shirt weather a couple days before. sheesh.

you don't what to expect.

the windchill here in wormtown was around like -20 yesterday evening.

also I am sitting under a blanket right next to the blazing heater right now and still freezing my arse off. Sweet.

everyone here is freaking out (as I am, a little bit) because the pipes here are not designed for sustained temps below freezing, nor are the roads... I'm considering just turning my water off on Sunday evening, draining the pipes, and then turning it back on in 48-72 hours.
